Our IFB washing machine repair the old one already without a guarantee, it gave an error on the screen, it turned out that the pump was in, a repairman was called here who replaced the pump with a new one and the machine was like new. They gave a guarantee for a year, and they said the price immediately by telephone in advance, which was lower than in other companies where I still called.

Very satisfied with the service and expertise. When I told him my clothes dryer model he knew what the problem probably was and arrived when he said he would -- within a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon -- with the replacement part in his pocket. He fixed it quickly and it is now going better than ever. My only disappointment was that we didn't replace the dryer on the wall but he had explained beforehand that this would be the case. Our brand new (4 year old) Samsung washing machine broke and would not do anything anymore. The error code coming up was E3. The tech came in checked and spend at least 20 minutes checking the machine. He had to order a new part in. He built it in the on the day of arrival around a week after we saw him first. Arrived at the time advised that morning. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed and tested the washing machine within half an hour or so. I had fully expected to have the machine condemned but a set of new bushes later and a nominal sum over the initial call out charge for parts saw us back up and running. Can't really see what else one could expect in terms of service provided.

WE had a little emergency with a washing machine. Called Tech on a recommendation from our neighbor. Wa hoping to get them to come out within 3 days, but they were able to help us that same morning. The service tech new exactly what the problem was and made the necessary repairs in about an hour. The charges were really reasonable, so we asked if they could come back at a later date to service our washer which is a commercial grade beast. We were given an appointment for the following afternoon. I would highly recommend this company.
